I am a a compassionate, non-judgmental, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who creates a safe space to explore your relationships; both with others and with yourself. My goal is always to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable to express yourself freely. I will help you find balance in times of transition or stress, with a collaborative and person-centered approach.

In sessions, you will examine some of the root causes of the patterns in your life and strive for self-discovery, self-affirmation, and self-growth. I aim to help individuals heal their relationship to their sexuality and body image by processing societal or familial messaging. I recognize that mental and physical health are intertwined, so I incorporate approaches and interventions that address both and facilitate healing and overall wellness.

In my couples work, I model compassion and conflict resolution, and believe in the power of transparent communication to foster connection and improve overall relationship satisfaction. Whatever brings you to therapy at this time, I look forward to helping you find empowerment and healing.

My work is informed by an integrative, collaborative model, drawing from many modalities such as, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Narrative Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.

I am member of AASECT and AAMFT. I received my training from Jefferson University’s Couple and Family Therapy Program, with a specialization in Sex Therapy, and a Clinical Internship with Council for Relationships. I am trained in levels I and II of the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, and maintain a profound commitment to ongoing education. Understanding that the therapeutic landscape evolves alongside societal shifts, I prioritize continuous learning to ensure I remain adept at addressing the diverse and evolving needs of my clients.
